Delcon's interface solid state relays in short:

|
- They isolate logic from plant at 4300 VAC.
- They give fast and reliable solid state switching and they have a status LED.
- They are used in place of a mechanical relay to switch contactors, solenoid valves, etc. or to input from switches, load lines, proximity switches etc. (not for motor loads in 1 phase or 3 phase systems). For motor loads use SLO 24TRA.
- They are immune to disturbances on both signal and load sides.
- They are not derated with load type in the same way as mechanical relays.
- Most of them have an average life time of 15 years or more, regardless of the number of cycles.
